We are excited to announce the 9th edition edition of the Duchenne Patient Academy.
Duchenne Patient Academy 2025 will be held fully online on Saturday 13 December (from 2pm to 6.30pm CET) and Sunday 14 December (from 2pm to 4pm CET).
This two-day training program is designed for everyone who has a connection with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), whether you are a patient, family member, caregiver, health-care professional, advocate or simply involved in the Duchenne community.

The Duchenne Patient Academy offers a unique opportunity to:
- Deepen your knowledge of DMD: its science, standards of care, and treatment landscape
- Improve your advocacy skills, from raising awareness to engaging in policy and research discussions
- Connect with an international community of advocates and experts working in Duchenne
- Receive a certificate of participation, recognizing your learning and commitment
Who can participate?
Registration is open to all individuals who are linked to the Duchenne community, including people living with DMD, their siblings, parents and relatives; representatives from Duchenne-focused patient organizations; clinicians, researchers, allied professionals; and other advocates working on neuromuscular conditions.
